What OHEHS needs from you
- Edited bios that you received from OHEHS
- A "headshot"
- 12-16 additional photos depicting you throughout your career, family, activities, organizations and events in which you participate
- A list of names and addresses of individuals that you would like to invite to the ceremony (this is also a great way to inform individuals of your honor, whether they will be able to attend or not). *In the past individuals have invited up to 150 people*
Photograph Requirements
- Photographs should be 4x6 or 5x8 when possible
- We can accept photographs through: regular mail (these will be returned to you after the event); email at ohehs@okhistory.org (scans should be at least 500dpi resolution and in .jpg format); and CD (requirements are the same as emailed photo scans)
*Please submit these materials as early as possible so that they can be processed for the invitations, program, and slide show for the ceremony
The evening of the event
- Black tie is optional, but preferred (nice business dress is acceptable)
- Please arrive at 5:45 for walk-through of the evening's events
- Each inductee will be hosted by an OHEHS board member to assist you if you have questions
- Please bring your tickets with you to confirm your table number
General Information
As Inductees, you will receive two complimentary tickets. If you wish to purchase tables or extra seats, please register early as the event fills up quickly.
